Planes Dental Arts - Tradition

I had a very upsetting experience at Planes Dental in Tradition. During routine small talk with the dental tech, I mentioned that my children had gotten over being sick more than a month ago and that everyone had fully recovered. I had actually rescheduled a prior appointment two weeks earlier out of an abundance of caution. The tech finished what she was doing, left the room, and then returned to tell me they could no longer treat me because of the “type of illness” I had. I repeatedly explained that I was not currently sick and had never said I was sick two weeks ago. I said I had rescheduled two weeks ago because my children had previously been ill. Instead of calmly clarifying the situation, the tech and the front desk employee became condescending, cornered me in the lobby, twisted my words, and essentially pushed me out of the office. If waiting two additional weeks was not sufficient, the office should never have rescheduled me for that date in the first place. This was also not my first negative interaction with the front desk employee. She has consistently been rude and confrontational, including during a previous visit while I was pregnant. Very impressed with the work that Dr. Planes and his office has done. Teeth are spectacular. They look amazing! Definitely recommend coming to Dr Planes office! Thank you, Dr Planes and team for helping me through this long journey.

I have been a patient of plans de tal arts for over 2 years.now. I was supper to be a patient of -0 months max. Ones dental arts has on multiple occasions ignored and passed off my dental care. I have never felt with a company who cared less about their patients. At this point I have been ignored and left out to the point I. O longer have any faith in themes my temporary teeth have failed multiple tie. And the do t care my permeant teeth have failed multiple times. I have had no help to satisfaction from the dental office. They are a scam don’t trust them

Dr. Silvestrini is absolutely the dentist I’ve been waiting to find here in Port St. Lucie. I visited five dental offices in the area, and they were lacking in communication and service. The Planes staff has given me the level of service I was used to in Broward County. Thank you, Planes and Dr. Silvestrini — you guys are awesome.

I Would Like To Share With You That My Experience With Planes Dental Has Exceeded All Expectations. Dr. Allen Was Exceptionally Professional And Courteous. There Was Zero Pain Throughout My Procedures. Dr. Allens Assistant Samantha Was Very Experienced, Courteous And Kept Me Totally Informed Throughout My Procedure Which Definitely Put Me At Ease. Destiny And Kim At The Front Desk Are Always Pleasant And Helpful With Scheduling And Billing. I Highly Recommend Planes Dental Practice In Tradition.
